Would you like to learn Hungarian in an effective, interesting and interactive way? Register for our Hungarian Language and Culture Summer University to learn not only the language, but also Hungarian culture, cuisine, traditions and much more. Groups are small and multicultural, so students receive personalized feedback. Learn our unique and interesting language in its natural language environment and learn more than just a language!

Social program 

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to

- Explore Pécs, Cultural Capital of Europe in 2010

- Discover the Zsolnay Cultural Quarter, a beautiful World Heritage Site

- Visit the Kodály Center, a state-of-the-art concert hall in the city

- Enjoy Hungarian and international gastronomy

- Discover Hungarian folk music and folk dances

- Try out traditional handicrafts

- Explore villages, towns and natural reserves in the surrounding Mecsek mountains

- Practice your Hungarian with native speakers in various contexts

Fees and Payment 

Course fee: 2 weeks: 450 EUR (registration 80 EUR); 4 weeks 720 EUR (registration 80 EUR)

Early Bird applicants (until 15 March 2020) or those who have already participated in one of our summer universities receive 10% discount on the tuition fee.

You can choose between dormitory or student house, and between single or double rooms. Of course, it is not mandatory for you to take any of these options; you are free to arrange your accommodation yourself.
